Job Description:
A company is looking for a Maintenance Dispatcher responsible
for managing work orders and ensuring timely resolutions for
property maintenance issues.
Key Responsibilities
Triage incoming work orders and route them to appropriate resources
for timely resolution
Communicate with residents to provide updates and ensure
satisfaction throughout the maintenance process
Manage vendor relationships and oversee cost-effective work
completion while maintaining quality standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, property management,
vendor management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in property management, facilities
management, or a related field
Knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi, Appfolio,
or MRI, preferred
Understanding of building systems and construction processes
Availability to work outside of regular business hours as
needed
