Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator to join their
Clinical Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage new patient inquiries and conduct intake calls with
families
Educate families on treatment options and assess suitability for
care
Track intake data and provide reports on progress towards
organizational goals
Required Qualifications
Experience in patient-facing roles
Familiarity with psychology or mental healthcare field
Willingness to work afternoon/evening hours (Eastern Standard Time)
three days a week
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with electronic health
record systems
Experience with EHR systems or similar platforms
