Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to telephone inquiries and orders from homecare patients
and referral sources
Process patient orders, verify insurance, and complete necessary
paperwork
Coordinate the delivery, set-up, and pick-up of equipment and
supplies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of experience in a help desk environment preferred
1 year of experience working in a virtual call center
Experience with a ticketing platform such as ServiceNow or Remedy
preferred
Ability to type 45 WPM with 95% accuracy
