    The Senior Lifecycle Manager will develop and execute a compelling and personal Customer Journey across ALH direct communication channels supporting the newly launched loyalty program pub+, accommodation brand NightCap and hotel/pub subscribers through partner platforms.
    You will play an important conduit role, representing the ALH Business Strategy and Brand Framework, responsible for developing the Customer Lifecycle strategy and holistic contact strategy for ALH.
    Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

    • Lead a team to deliver end to end campaign management across multiple channels and ensuring alignment to other channel activity across Web, App and offline channels & to create mobile responsive HTML emails using existing email templates.
    • Lead the development and maintenance of an overarching customer contact strategy & customer lifecycle plan across paid, owned, 121 channels for various ALH brands, collaborating to ensure the strategy is end to end.
    • Utilise transactional, behavioural and preference based data to onboard, engage, grow and retain customers to increase LTV of the membership base in partnership with the broader ALH Growth & Retention team.
    • Drive personalisation and one to one communications approach, utilising customer segmentation and targeted communications.
    • Champion use of our personalisation engine and use the insights produced to drive enhancements to the action catalogue.
    • Have a 'data first' approach. Ensure all decisions and recommendations are based on quantitative or qualitative insights.
    • Alignment of CLM & 121 marketing messaging with the overall Brand framework(s) and tone of voice guidelines.
    • Cultivate effective ways of working for 121 Marketers embedded within squad(s) and ensures commitment to their squad mission and OKR's; build the capability of the team through leadership, coaching, development and performance management.
    • Empower your team to work end to end in a matrix environment, creating a customer first team culture.

      Now let's talk about you:

      • 7+ years CRM/Digital/Direct Marketing experience working in and leading teams executing dynamic content, lifecycle and trigger programs through email and other 121 communication channels.
      • Develops teams that set and deliver to high standards, drive innovation and create value autonomously, while living our culture and values.
      • Demonstrates outstanding influencing skills to deliver change across an organisation.
      • Demonstrated capability in receiving customer insight and understanding and translating this into materially improved customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
      • Strong commercial acumen, curiosity, drive for innovation, and comfort with ambiguity and change.
      • Experience working with innovative retail marketing teams, ideally within an agile organisation or with agile technology teams.
      • Experience in the hospitality, gaming and gambling industry, ideally with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
      • Tertiary qualification, preferably in marketing or equivalent experience.
