A well-established hospital in Nebraska is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to join their team.This Hospital Inpatient Director of Nursing will join an outstanding hospital committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the community, and is looking for a leader to oversee and manage the nursing department.The Hospital Inpatient Director of Nursing will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care, managing nursing staff, and driving operational excellence across the department. They will oversee Inpatient, Observation, Hospice, Swing Bed, and Emergency Department Services. This individual will lead daily operations, develop and implement policies, collaborate with physicians and staff to improve patient outcomes, and monitor nursing performance through regular audits and assessments.
