Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Field Sales to lead and
develop a sales team within the utility technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales executives to ensure quota
attainment and adherence to sales processes
Implement sales cycle management practices and monitor individual
performance against targets
Develop and refine sales strategies in collaboration with senior
management to enhance productivity
Required Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in sales management within
utility technology software sales
Strong understanding of sales process methodologies and effective
selling strategies
High proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce
Educational background in Business Administration, Sales,
Marketing, or a related field preferred
Knowledge of utility software and operations, including electric,
water, and gas services
