Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager First Line Risk
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee control testing activities and ensure adherence to
enterprise standards
Manage a team of control testers and assess the operational
effectiveness of IT controls
Establish relationships with business owners and report findings to
executive leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Enterprise Risk,
Operational Risk, Audit, or Compliance, or a High School Diploma
with 12 years of relevant experience
Preferred advanced degree in a related field
5+ years of IT Control Testing experience
Knowledge of risk management frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO,
FFIEC, and ITIL
5+ years of people leadership experience, including recruitment and
training
