Job Description:
A company is looking for a Symphony Customer Success Director to
enhance customer adoption and utilization of their product.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients to optimize their ROI from
Symphony
Drive customer onboarding and renewal processes to ensure high
retention rates
Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations for
improved ROI
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of a 4-year degree or comparable industry experience
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on
Software as a Service
5+ years of experience in the collaboration industry is
preferred
ITIL Foundations certification or comparable industry certification
is preferred
