A company is looking for a Human Resources Director to oversee
the administration and management of the Human Resources
function.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to management and associates to
enhance staff quality and professionalism
Direct recruitment, training programs, and associate relations
activities to ensure effective personnel management
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations while
administering wages and benefits
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Human Resources experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Hotel experience preferred
Thorough knowledge of Human Resources practices and relevant
laws
Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff
